Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LootLens AI - Resell Scanner ("LootLens," "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and Beers Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our").

Description of Service

LootLens is a resale price scanning application that uses AI to identify items and retrieve market pricing data from third-party sources including eBay. The App allows users to scan items, estimate resale value, manage inventory, and create marketplace listings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LootLens. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you give LootLens your phone number to create or access an account, you consent to receive one-time verification codes and account security messages by SMS from BEERS LABS LLC. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you may instead use email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.

LootLens sends transactional messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency is typically one message per sign-in attempt. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most US carriers.

How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

LootLens offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pricing information provided by LootLens is sourced from third-party marketplaces and is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. LootLens is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.

Third-Party Services

LootLens integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Facebook Marketplace. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within LootLens are the property of Beers Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beers Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clackamas County, Oregon.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
