These Terms govern your use of LootLens AI, operated by Beers Labs LLC (Oregon). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. By using LootLens you confirm you meet this requirement and, if under 18, have parental permission.
You are responsible for your account security. Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud.
Free: 15 scans/month, 50-item limit. Pro ($19/mo): 1,000 scans, unlimited inventory. Crew Server ($99/mo): Pro + 5,000 shared scans for up to 5 seats. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods. First-time subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
Scan credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
By connecting your eBay account you authorize LootLens to read your listings and post new listings as your agent. LootLens AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc. You remain solely responsible for your listings' compliance with eBay's User Agreement. You may revoke access from eBay's Account Settings or from LootLens Settings at any time.
You own your photos and item data. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content to operate the Service (including transmitting item photos to eBay when you post a listing). You must not list stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
Item valuations and eBay comp data are informational only — not financial advice or appraisals. Actual sale prices vary. We do not guarantee accuracy.
Do not: list illegal items, reverse-engineer our AI, share accounts, circumvent scan limits, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEERS LABS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $50.
You agree to hold harmless Beers Labs LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, listings you create, or your violation of these Terms or marketplace policies.
Oregon law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon (AAA rules), except either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Class actions are waived.
Material changes are communicated via in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
